  1. thank you for the eloquent explanation of water weight. Ive listen to hundreds probably thousands of videos on keto I started Atkins in 11975! I've never heard water weight described before in such a clear concise way. I love your videos!

  2. My husband and son do this way of eating too so it makes life so much easier! My husband has lost 3 stone, we didn’t weight my son as he was in not 12 when we started and I didn’t want to focus on weight I wanted to focus on health. They love the food, they are more low carb than Keto x

  3. You brought up a very important point in this video. When non-keto people live in a keto household they have to be careful. This is the reason I finally decided that my kids were going to be keto too. They kept sneaking my fat bombs ? I noticed my 10 year old gaining weight rapidly and that's because Annie's mac and cheese followed by a fat bomb and a banana is no good! Here we are one month later and his weight is back to normal and I no longer have to hide the fat bombs lol ❤

  4. Thank you very helpful. I have been on a steroid inhaler for 12 years and still suffered constantly from asthma. One week into Keto I stopped the inhaler and can breath better than I have in 15 years. I hope it continues.

  6. You mentioned that mustard gives you problems. I have noticed that I get leg cramps the night after eating certain brands of mustard. I'm guessing the type of vinegar that each company uses is the ingredient that my body finds offensive!

  7. This video was quite helpful and enjoyed hearing both sides of the keto coin. I am not a full time, die hard keto diet follower because I might have a piece of toast in the morning BUT I will keep track of the carb count. So far, so good, as I have managed to drop several pounds!

  10. Awww all this time I thought you only took on water weight from – Non keto foods – processed etc … Or of course eating a lot of salty foods – pork rinds & cured ham will do it to me . Usually try to get nitrate free – uncured …  First I have heard that "any" type of protein will ?
