  2. I use the chia seed pudding as a filler for my crepes. Topped with yogurt that I prep by mixing in berries and sometimes honey. Then I drizzle honey over the top of my crepes as desired. So delicious!!

  3. Bobby, one of the things I sort of struggle with is finding the best method for freezing things that I've made. Is it best to freeze breakfast sandwiches in wax paper or butcher's paper? I often like to make 8-10 sandwiches so that they just need to be warmed in the morning and I can pack them in a breakfast/lunch bag. Any ideas?

  5. I just learned after making these biscuits you have to be careful what brand and kind of out almond flour you use. When I calculated the carbs for each biscuit mine came out to 8 grams of carb per biscuit. The carbs on the almond flour I used was 5 gram per 2 Tablespoon

  6. OMG I love this video. Beautiful! Can I make these up and wrap in parchment paper and then freeze them?? Will they freeze well? I would love to make a bunch up and grab one in the AM to heat up in the microwave before heading out to work.

  7. Actually it appears you never had a sausage EGG mcmuffin- they come with a real egg cooked in a round form- Literally, that's my all time favorite and I have eaten thousands of them. Never once had one that the egg looks like yours unless its disappointing nock off at not a McD's- go eat one and do your video again. But I love your vids, they are really helpful as I'm doing OMAD. Really love the options you open up. As you know we have to learn food all over again to escape the path the Industry has led us un for their own health through lie's.
