Custom Keto Diet

  1. Having bypass or sleeve (in a study so I dont get to choose) in a couple of months. Trying to watch and read everything I can find. I have been changing for the last year and right now I eat mostly Paleo. But it sounds a lot like what you est.

I did quit soda about 6 months Ago and since Rhen I only drink tap water.

  2. And you want them to eat right too so they don’t need the sleeve themselves later in life. Or have food issues. And you want a healthy family. It’s ALL about sugar! And refined carbs or anything that raises your blood sugar significantly.

  3. It’s so true …what you are saying is exactly what I deal with. I never realized how much of a food addict I was before this journey…even to the point that I almost panicked thinking about the surgery and the inability to eat what I want. It’s so hard when every social gathering…every holiday etc is all focused on the food.

  4. This is so much like me! I was a pop addict too!! I'm 3 years + out, but when I hear a can open, man my mouth waters! I love your common sense!!! What was the rice cauliflower you liked? I have tried cauliflower and it is yuck!!! Thank you!!

  5. Thank you for this! I’ve been wondering if keto is good for bariatric patients. When I eat too much fats (fried food) I get totally sick. But when I did Whole30 and ate healthy fats, I was fine. I think keto will be good for both me and hubby, who has joint pain and acid reflux from grains. ?

  6. I am the same way! I’m either not hungry or starving and by the time I’m starving I need to eat like NOW! My go to snacks when I need something fast are hard boiled eggs (I pre-cook and peel them at the start of the week and keep them on hand in the fridge), Sargento balanced breaks (I don’t usually eat the dried fruit. I’ll just eat the cheese and nuts), string cheese and olives (a couple of olives will hold me over).

  7. Cauliflower. LOL! What did your sauce and cheese do to deserve that? ????? You crack me up!

I once tried to replace mashed potatoes with mashed cauliflower…. never again! ?

  8. I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
