  1. Be Careful! Spinach is extremely high in the "chemical warfare" anti-nutrient oxalate. Oxalates are small glass shard like particles which are intended to prevent predators such as people from eating them. Since plants can't run away as animals do, they mount chemical warfare. One of the most serious effects of oxalates is "kidney stones", but the oxalates do low grade chronic damage in undetectable ways throughout rest of body, especially thyroid gland. I for one, no longer eat spinach, rhubarb, swiss chard, or beet tops.

  2. Did I see green tea? Very high in antioxidants. Also, cinnamon sticks. Add a piece with your tea… yum! Do you use capsicum? Also very good for blood. Try a little!!

  4. Sauerkraut is just pickled cabbage. Just about anything can be pickled and eaten for snacks. Pickled carrots, beets, green beans, eggs, and of course cucumbers, great for Keto snacks,
